Casey Kloss is a passionate sales professional spreading joy and positive energy throughout the Bay Area. With a creative mindset and a problem-solving approach, he thrives on tackling challenges with innovation and a challenger mentality. Mentored by inspiring leaders in his local community, Casey is deeply committed to giving back and supporting causes that align with his values of acceptance, inclusivity, and equality for all.

Casey joined Silicon Valley Pride in 2023 and, in 2025, became a board member, a role he holds with immense gratitude. Each year, the months of planning, late-night preparations, and teamwork leading up to the festival are a labor of love. Having grown up in a place without a local Pride festival, he understands firsthand the importance of creating safe, welcoming spaces where people–especially youth–can freely express themselves. Being part of an organization that fosters inclusivity and provides a vibrant, family-friendly environment is an honor and a privilege.

Beyond his work with Silicon Valley Pride, Casey actively champions diversity and inclusion in the workplace. As a board member for Inclusion at SpotOn POS, he fosters awareness and belonging in professional spaces. Previously, as a member of PRIDE at Apple Inc., he engaged with colleagues across departments and locations, sharing experiences and advocating for workplace equity. During his time with Riboli Family Wine Company, Casey was key in launching one of the most extensive Pride campaigns in the wine industry for Stella Rosa Wines.

In his free time, Casey enjoys traveling, connecting with loved ones, and experiencing the arts, music, food, and live performances that unite people. He also finds joy in learning new skills and exploring Northern California’s beautiful parks and beaches.
