Silicon Valley PRIDE is pleased to announce the appointment of Jerry Mai as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Jerry will serve in this role while the organization conducts a nationwide search for its next permanent Chief Executive Officer.
Jerry brings more than a decade of professional experience serving the LGBTQIA+ community. He joined the Silicon Valley PRIDE Board of Directors in 2021 as Chief Logistics Officer, where he led significant operational growth, expanded the festival footprint, strengthened community engagement efforts, and launched the organization’s first-ever 5K Pride Run. In 2024, Jerry was appointed Chief Operations Officer, further solidifying his leadership role within the organization.
Silicon Valley PRIDE is poised to make history this Labor Day Weekend, August 30–31, 2025, with its 50th Anniversary festival themed “Unstoppable: 50 Years of Love, Legacy & Liberation.” In a major announcement sure to excite music lovers, Silicon Valley PRIDE has revealed that Snow Tha Product—a San Jose native and Latin GRAMMY Award-nominated rapper—will headline the Saturday night festivities. Celebrated for her rapid-fire bilingual flow and unapologetic message of empowerment, Snow Tha Product has risen from local talent to international stardom. Her presence at this year’s festival underscores the unstoppable energy and inclusive spirit that defines 50 years of Pride in the heart of Silicon Valley.
